Born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia and formerly of the Somerton section, she was a 1961 graduate of Mastbaum High School. She has resided in Langhorne for the past 23 years and was a member of Queen of the Universe parish.
Charlotte was an avid participant with her grandchildren in the annual Wildwood Baby Parade where they won several first place prizes.
Most important to Charlotte was being with her family and she especially treasured the times spent with her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of William J. Jr. for 39 years, she was the loving mother of William J. Summers III and Charlotte A. Turner (Brandon) and the devoted grandmother of Billy, Brandon, Violet and Ezra.
