He was born to the late Earl Curtis Dowd Sr. and Clarice Ann Dowd in Levittown, Pennsylvania on September 19, 1965. Curt is a graduate of Harry S. Truman High School.
During his childhood Curt enjoyed playing sports; especially baseball, and was often selected to play on the Levittown Baseball Association All-Star Team. Throughout his life he enjoyed caring for dogs, and he was an avid fisherman. Most of all, Curt will be remembered as a kind and compassionate man with a good heart. He was generous and always willing to help someone in need.
He is survived by his daughter, Katelyn Clarice Fiore (Steven) and his granddaughter Gemma Ann; his sisters Dawn Dowd (Scott), Jennyfer Giffin (Marc), Lucia Praul (Douglas), and Earlene Dowd; his nieces and nephews Lucia Marie Gerrity (Colin), Daniel Praul (Cas), and Jessica Giffin; his grand-nieces and nephew Lucia Sofia Colon, Gabriella Gerrity, CJ Gerrity, Gemma Praul, and Nova Praul; and his uncle Robert Recupido.
