Eileen M. WalkerEileen M. Walker passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Chester County Hospital at the age of 87.Born in Philadelphia, Miss Walker was a longtime resident of Philadelphia and Media prior to moving to West Chester. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Church in West Chester.Until her retirement in 2001, Miss Walker was a Secretary for over 20 years at Temple University.Beloved daughter of the late Ellen (Kilty) and Benjamin Walker, she is survived by her loving sister, Margaret Mary Sprout, with whom she resided. Miss Walker will also be sadly missed by many cousins.Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, August 23, 2018, from 9:30 until 10:30 am at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 1327 Boot Road, West Chester, PA 19380, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Miss Walker's name may be made to Saints Peter and Paul Church at the address above.
