Francis M. McQuade Francis M. McQuade died at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, February 16, 2014. He was 56. Born in Bristol Township, the son of the late Alice (Little) and Andrew J. McQuade, Sr., Mr. McQuade was a life time Lower Bucks County resident and was a 1975 graduate of the former Delhaas High School. He was a Plumber for Local 9 in Englishtown, NJ for the past 16 years. Mr. McQuade was an avid fisherman and a huge fan of the Phillies and Eagles teams. Most important to him was the love he had for his wife, children and grandson. Mr. McQuade was a friend of Bill W. Beloved husband of 16 years to Ruth (Kerry) and loving father of Noelle (fiancee of Will) of Hulmeville, Shaun of Glenside, Andrew of Philadelphia, Stephanie McQuade of Bristol, Andrew and Tyler Edgerton of Levittown. He is the devoted grandfather of Kyle and brother of Mary Alice Cardis (Jay) of Burlington, NJ, Rosemarie Porter (Tim) of Franklinville, NJ, Drew (Denise) of Philadelphia, Joe (Randy) of Red Bank, NJ, and Mark McQuade of Collingswood, NJ and the late Kathy Gillich. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 5:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Services and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422 or to the Livengrin Foundation, 4833 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
