Gerald E. Czerwinski

Born and raised in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, and formerly of the Wissinoming Section of the city, Mr. Czerwinski moved to Fairless Hills 19 years ago.

He worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the City of Philadelphia for many years.

A proud family man, Jerry greatly loved caring for his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed golfing and always looked forward to Tuesday morning breakfast club with the Romeo's.

Beloved husband of nearly 45 years to Diana M. (Velez), Mr. Czerwinski is the loving father of Kelli McGarrity (Danny), Eric Czerwinski (Jessica); devoted grandfather of Evelyn, Lyla, and Daniel McGarrity Jr. and Alexandra and Nathanael Czerwinski; and dear brother of Phyllis Mazzeo (Terry), Sandra Snyder and Patricia Capaldi (Rocky).

He will also be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law, Hilda Velez and Anne Wendt (Lawrence); along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Regina (Grabowski) and Bernard Czerwinski; his sister, Gail Herghelegiu; and in-laws, Arturo and Ida Velez.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, January 10, 2020, from 8:00 until 9:15 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, 325 S. Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, where his funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the Czerwinski family would prefer donations be made to the ALS Foundation.
