A longtime resident of Lower Bucks County, he has resided in the Pocono area for the last 15 years.
A Freedom High school 83' and Penn State University Graduate, Glenn was a huge fan of the Penn State football team as well. Glenn did civil engineer work, had various licences and certifications that he worked hard for since the date he graduated college. Like his father in many ways, Glenn was quiet and very giving man.
He with family did a lot of work on his and family houses to make them more liveable and nice. He helped his parents in their time of need during this pandemic. He enjoyed Nascar, camping, hunting, fishing and the beach.
Beloved son of Helen M. Fox and the late Robert G. Eby, he is the loving brother of Matthew and Gregory S. Eby (Ruth).
He will also be sadly missed by his aunt and uncle, Eleanor and Ralph Russo; Aunt Carol; and cousins Laurie (Dave), Gail (Kevin) and cousins, Ralph (Barbara), Mary Ellen (James) and John (Kathleen ).
