James E. "Jim" Titus died peacefully on Thursday, September 30th, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was 73.Jim was born in Warren, Ohio where he resided until he was 15 years old at which time he relocated to Yardley, PA. Jim spent a number of years working at Trevose Electronics until he began working at Applied Industrial. He spent his later years working as a "professional" driver at Faulkner GMC.He was very active with the Lower Bucks County Softball Association with his daughter, Michelle.Jim is survived by his daughters Megan Pennypacker and Michelle Simon as well as his sons-in law, John and Sean. He was an adoring grandfather to Hunter and Taylor and will be sadly missed by his long time companion Melanie Miller; nieces Linda, Cheri (Jim) and Lorri and his great nieces and nephew, Alexis, Ben, Nicole, Shelby, Danielle and Marlee. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Fay Titus as well as his loving sister Marilyn Haubert and her husband Jack.Family and friends are invited to call from 4 until 7 p.m. on Monday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his memorial service will be held at 7 p.m.
