Born in Wheeling, WV, she relocated to the area with her family when she was eight years old. She was a graduate of Bensalem High School, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Criminal Justice from Holy Family College. During her time at Holy Family, she had an internship with the Penndel Borough Police Department. She used her training as a security guard at Lockheed Martin, a job she excelled in and loved, so much so that she would work double shifts any time she could.
In her free time, Jessica loved to read books, and had an extensive collection. She also enjoyed surfing on the computer, and playing computer games. She was an avid collector of pocket books.
Jessica is survived by her father, Larry Ringer (Jeanne Lubis); her mother, Joyce Francescangeli (John), her step sisters, Heidi, Susan, and Tara; and her step brother, Shawn.
