Leigh Ann Stetson

Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Roselyn (Bradley) and Clifford B. Mengel, Leigh Ann grew up in Levittown and was a 1969 graduate of the former Bishop Conwell High School.

A resident of Fairless Hills since 1974, Leigh Ann was a member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish.

Until her retirement, Leigh Ann was a Department of Public Welfare Case Worker in Lower Bucks County for 16 years. She was a former employee of Galilee Pavilion and later with LIPHEAP Division of Public Welfare.

She loved spending time and summers at Avalon, however, most important to her was time spent with her husband, children and entire family.

Beloved wife of 48 years to Harry S. Stetson Jr., Leigh Ann is the loving mother of Melissa Stetson and Harry Stetson III.

She is the dear sister of Lynn Meara (Philip), JoAnn Tancini (Jerry), Jean Wengrin (Nick), Rosemary Hober (Marty) and Michael Mengel (Kate); and niece of Shirley Weinfeld.

Leigh Ann will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where words of remembrance will be shared at 11:00 am.
