Martin L. Worst

Martin L. Worst Martin L. Worst died, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 76. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Worst was a Lower Bucks County resident for 50 years. He was a member of the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, where he also served as the head usher. He was involved for many years with the Penndel Softball League and also enjoyed bowling. Mr. Worst served proudly in the US Navy. Beloved husband of 56 years to Anna J. (Frank), Mr. Worst was the loving father of Keith M. (Star), Robin L. Clark (Patrick), Kirk M. Worst (Linda) and Renee L. Sozio. He was the devoted grandfather of Sierra, Jordan, Austin, Scott, Kyle, Brianna, Julia and Claudia; the proud great grandfather of Jaydon, Billy and Gage and the brother of Richard T. Worst (Kay). Mr. Worst will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday from 7:30 until 8:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 8:30 am. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
