Mary Elizabeth Foster-Haeselin Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Foster-Haeselin died on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Chandler Hall in Newtown. She was 91. Born in Scranton, Betty was an orginial Levittown homeowner since 1952 and was a devoted Queen of the Universe parishioner. She had volunteered with the Bucks County Association for the Blind in Newtown for many years. Betty worked in the accounting department at General Motors for 40 years. She was a very active member of the General Motors Retiree Association. Betty loved flowers and especially keeping up with her beautiful garden. Beloved wife of the late Edward Foster and Charles A. Haeselin, Betty was the stepmother of Debora H. Marchesani (Jim), Doreen Haeselin (Helene) , Rick Haeselin (Diane) and Tim Haeselin (Kathy). She will also be sadly missed by her 6 step grandchildren, 11 step great grandchildren and her nieces and nephews in the Davis Family. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Thursday, 10:00 am at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown. Interment of ashes will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, Betty would like you to donate to the charity of your choice in her memory.
