Michael J. "Mick" McDermott, of Levittown died on Friday, June 22, 2012 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 81. Born in Northern Ireland, Mr. McDermott has been a resident of Levittown for the past 13 years. Mr. McDermott is survived by his wife of 32 years Catherine (Dougherty), her three daughters, Kathleen Cleary (John), Maria Beecher (Jim) and Sarah Petrillo (Tony) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Tuesday,June 26, 10 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Rd., Fallsington where friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Rite of Committal will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
