Born in Luzerne, PA, and moved to Levittown, PA in 1965. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her family, traveling and loved playing cards with her friends, who she affectionately called “The Girls”.
Predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret Pearl, her husband, William "Bill" Martin, her son Kevin Martin and her sisters-in-laws, Peggy and Anne.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Jahr; her grandchildren, Kyle (Krystina) Jahr, Kaitlyn Jahr, Julia (Robert) Salm, and Bobby Martin (Tina) her great grandchildren, Nolan, Angelina and Vincent; and the "Galoopers", her family of friends, along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She will always be remembered by many as “Fancy Nancy” and her skill for making the best potato pancakes!
A Memorial Gathering will be held at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, on March 13, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00.
