

Paul S. Bingaman, Sr. went home to be with the Lord Jesus after being surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, August 3 , 2017 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 88. Born in Norristown, one of 7, to the late Marion Elizabeth (Quillman) and Paul S. Bingaman, Sr. he has been a Middletown Township resident for over fifty years. Until his retirement in 1988, he was a Math Teacher with the Council Rock School District for over 30 years. Mr. Bingaman enjoyed woodworking, camping and Colonial re-enactments, however, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Because of his love for the Lord, Paul yielded his life to the Lord to be used to show love to others through various ministries. Paul is remembered as how well he loved his Ruth and his family, as Christ loved the church. He was a member of Countryside Community Church in Newtown. Beloved husband of the late Ruth W., Mr. Bingaman was the loving father of Cynthia B. Teti (Mark), Wendy C. Potzgo (George) all from Reading and Paul S. III (Barbara) of Langhorne. He is the devoted grandfather of Jeremiah (Ginnie), Tim (Jacqui), Daniel Teti (Evelyn), Brandi Williams (Tommy), Michael Potzgo, (Cristie), Paul (Kelsey), Zach (fiancee Allison), Hannah (fiance Calvin) Bingaman, and the proud great grandfather of 11. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends and relatives from 3:00 until 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Countryside Community Church located at the Newtown American Legion, 41 Linden Avenue, Newtown, PA 18940. All are then invited to his memorial service at 4:00 pm at the same location. Interment will be held privately. The family has requested that memorial contributions in his name be made to Pickering Manor, 226 North Lincoln Avenue, Newtown, PA 18940 or Countryside Community Church, 142 Windham Drive, Langhorne, PA 19047.
