Robert Dale Windows Sr.

He was born in Indiana on Sept. 30, 1950, to Richard S. and Mary A. (Strickland) Windows.

Robert graduated from Indiana High School in 1968 and spent the latter part of his career working in maintenance for Attleboro Retirement Village in Langhorne before his retirement in 2018.

In his early years, Robert enjoyed golfing and fishing and until recently was an avid hunter, bagging a buck almost every year on the first day of buck season for 60 years.

Surviving Robert are his wife, Jeanne Windows; children Amy E. Windows and Robert D. (Lauren Chrusz) Windows Jr.; sister Carol Vlaszac; sister-in-law Midge Windows; brother-in-law Bud Eubanks; brother-in-law Anthony Rocco; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his siblings: Barbara Eubanks, Richard E. Windows and Dorothy Windows, as well as a brother-in-law, George Vlaszac.

Friends will be received by the family from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, 500 S Ben Franklin Road, Indiana, PA 15701, with Pastor Marv Nelson officiating.

Friends will also be received by the family on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056.
