Rosemary was a graduate of Little Flower High School in Philadelphia. She attended Katherine Gibbs Business School and worked at Dow Chemical. Rosemary was a devoted Catholic who volunteered her time for her church, as well as a local food pantry and daycare. She enjoyed participating in her neighborhood bible study, quilting and gardening. She also loved caring for her grandchildren and watching her great grandchildren grow. Rosemary was loved by many, and “Nana” to all. Her greatest celebration, and one of her fondest memories, was her 90th birthday where she was honored by a number of family and friends.
Rosemary was the mother of Richard III (Patricia) Frazer, Constance (David) Rubenstein, Susan (Willard) Phillips, Stephen Frazer, Neal Frazer, and Matthew (Katherine) Frazer. Grandmother to Richard IV and Thomas Frazer, Rachel, Peter and Jennifer Rubenstein, Kelly Loughner, and Daniel and Ian (Carolyn) Frazer. Great grandmother to Richard V and Samuel Frazer, Sophia and Cooper Loughner, and Phoebe and Ambrose Frazer. Rosemary was preceded in death by her late husband Richard W. Frazer, Jr. Rosemary was also sister to nine brothers and sisters, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
