Shirley J. Pastorella

She worked at F.W. Woolworth, Jerry Plavin’s, but most importantly she was proudest of being a Domestic Engineer raising her family at home. She loved family and enjoyed cooking, baking, puzzles and coloring/painting. She was a devout catholic and honored the Blessed Mother with great love and adoration.

Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles Pastorella, Sr., her parents, Edwin Keiffer and Helen (Sims) and her siblings, Leo, Robert, Bernard, Mary, and Jimmy. Shirley is survived by siblings June, Catherine, Eddie(Barbara), and Hilda.

She was the loving mother of Charles and wife Rozanne, Grace and husband, Pat Meehan, Bernard and wife Ann, Tony and Sharon Ellis, Mary Ann and husband, Lindsay Luff. She was a devoted grandmother to Marie (Jason), Rocco (Abby), Jennifer (Chris), Rachel (Aaron), Richard (Edina), Geena (Bryce), Jessica (Jeffrey), Matthew, Ryan Ellis and great grandmother of Dominic, Lorenzo, Zachary, Jacob, Nathan, Lilly, Jaxson, Grayson, EmmaGrace, Shirley Jane, Cole and Liam.

She touched the lives of all who crossed her path in life with hopes and dreams that others would do the same as they walk their journey of life.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday December 10, 2023 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown Pennsylvania 19056.

On Monday December 11, 2023 family and friends are invited to call from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Queen of the Universe, 2443 Trenton Road, Levittown Pennsylvania 19056, with her funeral mass being celebrated immediately after. The Rite of Committal will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown Pennsylvania 18940 at 1:00 pm precisely.
