Thomas Devlin Jr. passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Thomas was the son of the late Thomas Devlin Sr. and Betty Devlin. Thomas is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Bettyann and Stan Dirvin and cousins, Carol Kane, James Devlin Jr. and Patricia Ferdirko.Thomas was born and raised in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. He graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School in 1964. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the US Navy for four years, specializing in the Naval Weather Service.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, from 6:00 until 7:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thomas' name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or to the USO.
