It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Timothy George Verbich, Jr., affectionately known as Timo (Teemo), born July 31, 1981 who passed away on September 28, 2022 caused by a tragic accident. He is survived by his loving parents, Timothy G. and Alice Verbich; his loving sister, Alicia Terneson and her husband, Anthony Terneson; his niece, Adriana and nephew, Bryce Terneson as well as his long term partner, Molly Biehl.
Tim graduated from Pennsbury High School with honors in 2000 and attended Temple University as an art major, graduating in 2005; he also furthered his education by studying in Rome.
Tim was an extremely kind and beautiful soul who was always spending his time and energy helping others. He was instantly loved by every person and animal that he met. Tim had his own struggles, but he was a kind person who would help anyone.
He was a talented multi-media artist and would often create beautiful works of art to gift to his close family and friends on birthdays and holidays. He enjoyed skateboarding, thrifting and treasure hunting, coffee, going to vintage diners, art deco aesthetic art and architecture, and had an eye for fashion, often creating unique looks from otherwise ordinary- looking free and found pieces.
In earlier years, Tim studied to be an art teacher and later earned his Certified Recovery Specialist certification to help people recovering from addiction. He volunteered with multiple non-profit and charitable organizations over the years helping homeless people in Lower Bucks County. Tim could often be seen stopping on his bike to talk with people struggling with homelessness or addiction, and would later return with items or resources that they needed. He often did all of this without telling a soul, as he almost never bragged about the good he did. His mellow and non-judgmental energy put people at ease, and he was well known and loved by the population of people he helped.
More than anything, Tim just liked to be in the presence of his close family and friends. Tim's immediate and extended family meant the world to him. He loved his mom, Alice, and dad, Tim Sr. and talked often about the things he wanted to do to help make their lives as happy and enjoyable in the years of their retirement as possible. His recently departed Granny held a special place in his heart, and he talked lovingly of his aunt Barb, cousin, Shannon, her husband Keith, and their children Emily and Max, his recently departed uncle Tony and his partner Ashley. He adored his sister Alicia, brother-in-law Tony, and niece and nephew Adriana and Bryce. When Adriana showed promise as an artist, Tim went out of his way to nurture her creative spirit by continuously coming up with art projects for them to do together. He talked about his plans for the future and all of the things he wanted to teach Adriana and Bryce. Being a good uncle was very important to him. Tim was a kid at heart who never wanted to grow up. Timo was Adriana's person. She loved him whole heartly. Holidays won't be the same without him, there will always be an empty chair at the kids table for him.
Tim was a loving and devoted boyfriend to his long-term girlfriend Molly, and was happy to spend time with her no matter what they were doing, whether it was spending the night watching movies and hanging out with their dogs, sitting by her side in the back yard, or going to check out a new restaurant in Philadelphia. Tim was an extremely sweet, kind, loving, and understanding partner who went above and beyond to help when Molly was experiencing health problems, and stood by her side through many trials with steadfast loving support. He was loved and cherished as a member of Molly's family by her mom, Claire; brother, Bubba; dogs Frankie, Louie, and Chloe, and her entire extended family.
Tim will be forever missed. Our hearts are broken but now he is at peace in the hands of God surrounded by light, love and his loving Grandmother (Agnes Verbich).
We love you Timo more then you know. Fly high you forever kid .
A private memorial will be held for Timothy with immediate family attending. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity that benefits the homeless or those recovering from addiction.
