Wanda Lou Lowry Wanda Lou Lowry passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Langhorne Gardens Nursing Home. She was 73. Born in Pulaski County, Virginia, Mrs. Lowry also lived in North Carolina, Florida, Rhode Island, Maryland, and was a resident of Fairless Hills for many years. Beloved wife of 54 years to Kenneth, she was the loving mother of Cynthia Romer and Jeffrey Lowry. She was the devoted grandmother of Holly Sorrentino (David) and caring sister of Robert Nunn (Patricia) and Edward Nunn (Patricia). She will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Wanda was an excellent homemaker, and loved to decorate, garden, and frequent yard sales and flea markets. She was a joyous person whose contagious laughter will be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, where her funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will be held at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
