Born in Philadelphia, son of the late Margaret (Nicholson) and William H. Clark, he has been a resident of Langhorne for the past 35 years.
A wine educator, Bill taught wine appreciation classes for 43 years.
Beloved husband of 19 years to Valerie A. (Arters), Bill is the loving father of Terry (John Burychka and devoted grandfather of Alexa and Sean Burychka.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 1:00 until 3:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.
