William was born in Pottsville PA, to parents, William and Rose McGinty. He graduated from Bishop Egen High school in 1965. Bill continued his education, at Bucks County Community College for Business. He went on to establish a career as a cabinetmaker and trade show exhibit maker. Later in life, he work at Cardinal Health for over 10 years.
In his free time, Bill enjoyed woodworking, golfing, and carpentry. He was a man of all trades and enjoyed being a handyman for his friends and family.
Bill will leave a lasting legacy of kindness and selflessness. He was always giving and even volunteered during his retirement. Bill was a huge family man and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Carol McGinty, his children Brian McGinty (Jen) and Rebecca Keaton (Tony), his parents William Patrick McGinty and Rose Marie McGinty (Wydel) and his brother Danny McGinty.
Bill is survived by his grandchildren: Jordan, Emily, Jacquelyn, Ashley, and Amanda; his siblings Margaret Solon (Jeff), Marybeth McGinty, Patrick McGinty (Niki); his niece Lisa; and his nephews Tim and Joey.
