

TOGUS- Andrew E. Tremblay, 50, of 518 Turner Street, Auburn died peacefully on Sunday May 25, 2008 at the VA Hospital in Togus with his family by his side following a brief illness.He was born in Lewiston on July 26, 1957 the son of Henry T. and Theresa R. (St. Pierre) Tremblay and had been a resident of this community all of his life. He was employed as a carpenter in the Union for many years until his retirement. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Germany. He was a member of the Pastime Club.Andrew enjoyed gardening, taking trips to the ocean with his family, watching football, NASCAR racing and family gatherings. He had an exceptional personality, was a very caring person and patriotic. Andrew will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by the love of his life, his fianc� Lori Thompson of Auburn; three sons Thomas Ogden, Alex Tremblay and Keith Tremblay all of Auburn; eight brothers Robert Tremblay and his wife Theresa of Lewiston, Richard Tremblay of Cape Coral, Florida, Marcel Tremblay and his wife Sandy of Turner, Donald Tremblay of Lewiston, Michael Tremblay and his wife Nancy of Sabattus, Paul Tremblay of Auburn, Denis Tremblay and his wife Erica of Sabattus and Timothy Tremblay and his wife Dawn of Colorado; three sisters Patricia Robichaud of Greene, Linda Tardif and her husband Daniel of Sabattus and Jacqueline Tremblay of Lewiston; many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his parents and a brother John Tremblay. The family would like to thank the staff at the VA Hospital in Togus for the excellent care they have given to Andrew during his illness. NOTICE Tremblay- Died in Togus Sunday May 25, 2008. Mr. Andrew E. age 50 a resident of Auburn. Funeral services honoring Andrew's life will be held Friday at 11AM at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Lariviere officiating. Committal graveside services with Military Honors will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Andrew's memory to his children and his fianc�.
