

LEWISTON – Armand R. “Mickey” Meservier 74, a resident of Locust St., passed away peacefully Thursday May 5th in the same Lewiston home he was born in on July 9, 1941, the son of William and Louise (Langlier) Meservier.
He was the seventh son of eight children, and was born into a musical family. He was a self-taught musician playing multiple instruments. His favorite instrument was his Fender guitar. He started playing professionally at the age of 13. He played with following local bands, “Black Ravens”, “Care”, and was best known as lead guitar for “C’est Si Bon” along with his son and brother.
“Mickey” was a member of the former Pine Tree Warriors Drum and & Bugle Corps as lead bugler.
He was employed over the years with Knapp Shoe, John D. Crafts of Lisbon Falls, and Original Crispy Pizza of Boston.
Survivors include his wife the former Diane Charest, three sons, Normand and wife Lisa, Gerard and wife Elinda, and James and wife Penny, one brother, Lionel (Nel) and wife Janine, three sisters, Theresa Beaulieu, Claudette Caron, and Jeannine St. Pierre and husband, Claude. Ten grandchildren, Adam, Faith, Ashley, Alicia, Brittany, Brandy, Kelly, Keenan, Timothy, and Justin, and two great grandchildren, Peyton and Charlee.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters, Loretta Arseneault, Rita Bazinet, and Lucienne Giasson.

Memorial services honoring Mickey’s life will be held MONDAY May 9th 11:00AM at the funeral home.
