He was born in Lewiston, December 3, 1939 the son of Alfred and Gladys (Chamberlain) Gagnon.
He was educated in Lewiston schools, and on November 24, 1988, he married Pauline Cote who predeceased him on July 24, 2012.
Donald was employed with Philips Elmet until his retirement in 1996.
He was a member of Holy Cross Church, and was member of the local Teamsters Union.
Survivors include his brothers, Raymond and wife Betty, Gerry and wife Doris, a sister, Lorraine Gosselin and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is a special niece and care giver, Denise Cote and a special friend Rose McCloskey.

GAGNON died in Auburn, October 18th, Mr. Donald A. Gagnon age 75 years formerly of Lewiston.
A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Don’s life will be celebrated FRIDAY October 23rd 1:00PM at Holy Cross Church. Committal prayers to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
