Esther Marie Cyr

Esther enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, and shopping, especially through QVC. More than anything, she cherished the time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children: Michael Cyr and his wife Patty of Lewiston, Paul Cyr of Lewiston, Sandra Parker and her husband Jim of Turner, Linda Giroux of Lewiston, and Tammy Kane and her husband Thomas of Rochester, NH; her brother, Frank Roy; her sister, Estelle Cyr; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Laurie and Frank Cyr; her husband, Ralph Cyr; her brothers, Norman Roy and Romey Roy; and her sister, Rachel Roberts.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.

A Memorial Service honoring Esther's life will be celebrated on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Lewiston. Committal Services will then follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. In honor of Esther’s memory, the family kindly asks that, instead of flowers, donations be made to her granddaughter Ashley’s breast cancer GoFundMe fundraiser at https://gofund.me/63df94c1 .
