She was born in Lewiston, Maine on March 23, 1949, the daughter of Carl and Angie (Chamberlain) Daigle.
Joan worked at Interstate Heal for a short time. She was a homemaker and a loving Mom to her daughter Lina. She loved doing puzzles and paint ceramic as a hobby. One of her favorite places to visit was Bar Harbor with her partner of 34 years, Gerard (Butch) Lauze.
Joan is survived by her brother Jimmy Daigle, sister-in-law Doris and two nieces Brenda Tardif and Tracy Finnegan. Joan has one daughter Lina Lauze, son-in-law William and three grandchildren Katlynn Wert, Benjamin Heimerl and Ashley Lauze.
Joan will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date in August.
