Rod was a football fanatic, poker gambler and an amazing dad to his daughter Crystal Baillargeon her significant other Stephen Carver and his son David with wife Maria Cotter of MA.
He was preceded by his wife Sheila Fields, Mom/dad Allen and Elsie Pierce, father Theodore Raymond, sister Jeanne Radziszewski and brother Rick Raymond of MA.
Thankfully he was blessed and survived by brother Robert Raymond of Greene, Shirley & Al Jordan of Mechanic Falls, Roger Raymond of Lewiston, Paul & Priscilla Raymond of FL., Richard & Patrice Raymond of FL. along with Joseph Radziszewski & Donna Raymond.
Grampy Rod will light the way for his grandchildren: Chelsey Baillargeon & Dave, Shyan & Thomas Moore, Mathew & Jade Cotter, Nathan & Callissa Cotter and 8 great grandchildren Gary Jr, Bella, Hunter, Kilian, Gwendolyn, Conlan, Emma-Ray and Owen.
Rod had his last months in Maine celebrating many holidays and family events. In his words “ I’ve never felt so loved!”
The family will have a celebration of life at American Legion on 426 Washington St in Auburn Maine 04210 from 3pm -6pm on January 31st, 2025.
Pot luck welcomed and bar will be open. Bush beer will be the toast!
