Joy Louise Rossignol

Joy Louise Rossignol, age 81, of Auburn, Maine passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 8, 2024. She was born on September 22, 1942, a daughter to Charles and Louise (King) Andrews. She was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and attended local schools. The family then moved to Florida where she graduated from South Broward High School in Hollywood, Florida.

Joy settled in Maine where she met her husband John Rossignol. The pair were happily married for 62 years.

In her working years, Joy was a long time employee of the Verrill and Dana Law Firm in Portland, Maine.

Joy is predeceased by her parents and her brother Jeffrey Andrews.

Joy is survived by her husband John, her children John Rossignol (Susan) and Joni O'Malley (Brian), as well as her brothers Charles (Mona) Andrews and Thomas (Beverly) Andrews. She leaves behind her grandchildren Conor O'Malley and his Fiance Kelly Henry, Shannon O'Malley and her significant other Drew Lorinchak, Adele Rossignol and her significant other Logan Clasby and Evan Rossignol, as well as many nieces and nephews and her late brother Jeffrey's wife Purita Andrews.

Per the family's request, services will be private.
