So sorry to hear this news. The last time I saw cousin Jim (actually was my Dad's cousin, Ralph H.) was many years ago in Van Buren when he was on duty and I was at a Morrow family reunion (Mom's side of family). I was not close but knew and admired him....Ralh D. Walsh, Southington, CT.

Jackie and Family, Jim was a great person. You will all be in our thoughts and prayers. Jim was always so much fun to work with on the PD and I'll never forget the time that he rode through town with his Santa suit and Motorcycle in December. His suffering is over.
