

Lewiston - Yvette P. Hanlin, 90 formerly of 3 Brule Street, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Montello Manor. She was born in Frenchville, March 11, 1922 daughter of the late Maxime and Anastasie Ouellette Picard. Yvette was married to Kenneth R. Hanlin who predeceased her May 6, 1992. Prior to her retirement she was employed at Bates Manufacturing in the sample room. She was a long time member of St. Patrick's Church and enjoyed arts and crafts, knitting and family times. She especially enjoyed many trips to see family in New Brunswick. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Demarco and husband Jack of Wesley Chapel, Florida; a son, Richard Hanlin and wife Muriel of Sabattus; four grandchildren, Tracy Smith and husband Robert, Kelly Hanlin and Cindy Hanlin all of Sabattus, Maine and Wesley Demarco of California and two great grandchildren, Marina and Lainey. She was predeceased by a sister, Eva Lacasse and two brothers, Joseph and Camille. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service Monday at 11:00 AM at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 980 Turner St. Auburn, Maine.
