LEXINGTON – Betty Jean Hall Stevenson, 80, died Sunday, February 1, 2015. She was born in Neeses, SC on March 28, 1934 to the late Lawrence E. Hall and Marie Hall Branham. The family will receive friends at the home of Paula Lott from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 142 Letha Ln, Lexington, SC. Tuesday, February 3, 2015. A private burial will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Stevenson, widow of Paul C. Stevenson was owner and operator of Highway 6 Grocery.
She is survived by her son, Gardner Davis Jr. (Edith) of Neeses; daughters, Ellen Cooke (Bobby) of Little Mountain, Paula Lott (Russell) of Lexington, Barbara Miller (Mitch) of Lexington, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Billy D. Hall of Lexington and sister, Aline Hartley of Gaston. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
