WEST COLUMBIA – A graveside service for Billy J. Belch, 86, will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, March 2, 2015 at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church, 1000 B Avenue, West Columbia, SC 29169.
Mr. Belch was born March 8, 1928 in Cayce, SC and passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was the son of the late Alonzo Eli Belch and Rose Eva Mays Belch. He was a member of the Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church and served our country in the USMC-PFC. He was a District Manager of Military Accounts and also worked in Liquor Sales.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda D. Belch; son, Britt J. Belch and daughter-in-law Betsy Belch of Lexington. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
