LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Charles W. “Billy” Belk, Sr., 62, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the chapel.
Mr. Belk was born September 29, 1953 in Sumter, SC and passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016. He was the son of the late Charles H. Belk and Florence Coates Belk. Mr. Belk was a retired investigator from the West Columbia Police Department.
Mr. Belk is survived by his wife, Colleen Belk; sons, Charlie “Skeeter” Belk and Michael Dolan, Jr. (Sheree); daughter, Jennifer Rabon (Jason); grandchildren, Dylan, Landon, Grace, Isabella and Lillian; sister, Donna Rushing (Jack); half-brother, Charlie H. Belk, Jr.; half-sister, Diane Toole, as well as numerous cousins, dear friends and co-workers.
