Christie was born on February 5, 1964, in Columbia, South Carolina, and was a longtime resident of the Midlands Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Britt Rawl and Carroll Edwin Rawl Sr., both of Lexington, SC.
Christie leaves behind her siblings who loved her dearly: Richard “Rick” Rawl (Jo) of Lexington, SC, Carroll Edwin “Eddie” Rawl Jr. (Angie) of Wagener, SC, Deborah “Debbie” Joyce Reynolds (John) of Lexington, SC, and Michael “Mike” Rikard Rawl (Rachelle) of Irmo, SC.
A private graveside service will be held at Celestial Memorial Gardens in West Columbia on Wednesday, May 6, at 11:00 a.m.
