LEXINGTON – A memorial service for Connie H. Carter, 63, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends after the service in the church social hall.
Mrs. Carter was born May 25, 1953 in Germany and passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016. She was the daughter of Richard Hardin and Betty Shaver Hardin. Mrs. Carter was employed at Dutch Fork Elementary School in the administrative field. She was a sorority member of Preceptor Alpha Theta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Mrs. Carter was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church as well.
She is survived by her husband, Phil Carter; daughter, Beth Hollingsworth of Rock Hill; grandsons, Griffin and Carson Hollingsworth; her parents, of Columbia and brother, Mike Hardin (Taffy) of Lugoff.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
