Dale H Rikard

LEXINGTON - Dale Hutchins Rikard, 56, passed away peacefully with family at her side early Sunday morning at her home in Lexington, SC after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Born February 23, 1961 in Columbia, SC, she is the beautiful daughter of Frank and Margie Hutchins. Dale is the beloved bride of 32 years to Robert and loving mother of three children, Preston, Kristin, and Parker. Dale was as beautiful on the inside as the outside. She loved the lake, beach, shopping and brought so much happiness to everyone with her smile and fun-loving spirit. She was greeted at Heavens' gates by Alvin Rikard and all her beloved family and friends that went before her.

She is survived by her loving husband Robert Rikard; her parents, Frank and Margie Hutchins; children, Preston Rikard (Shannon), Kristin Bebee (William), and Parker Rikard and proud Mimi to four beautiful grandchildren; Liam Bebee, Everett Bebee, Harper Rikard, and Griffin Bebee with whom she loved to spend time with and hold; siblings, Mike Hutchins (Paula), Cindy Hendrix (Mark), and twin sister Gale Cone (Hal); mother in law, Betty Rikard; sister in law, Lynette Brantley (John), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends whose lives Dale touched are invited to Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, at 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC 29072 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at St. David Lutheran Church in West Columbia, SC, with burial immediately following at the church.
