Mr. David, “Bud” “One-Leg”, Vick, Jr. of Gaston, SC, passed away at the age of 62 on Friday, February 12th, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
He is survived by his sister, Louise (Lester) Driggers and brother, Michael Vick. He has two sons, David Vick III, of Gaston and Donald Vick of Iowa; grandchildren, Kaleb, Kenzie, David III and Riley; his loyal, lifelong friends, Albert “Shorty” and Aileen “Wifey” Priester; four nieces, Doris, Dorothy, Leslie, and Christina and one nephew, Lester.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Neirynck, father David W. Vick, Stepfather, William Neirynck and sister, Ann Strickland. David leaves behind many great nieces and nephews along with tons of friends that will miss his humor and jokes tremendously. Rest in peace One Leg!!
