IRMO – A graveside service for Dennis Renew, 63, of Irmo, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2016 in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will greet friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Pets Inc., 300 Orchard Dr., West Columbia, SC 29170.
Dennis was born August 12, 1952 in Aiken, SC and passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. He was the son of Robert R. Renew and Frances Willis Buchanan Renew.
Dennis was a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Criminal Justice and International Studies. He retired from the Department of Corrections. He also owned and operated Renew Heating and Air and was an avid Carolina fan.
He is survived by his sons, John Conner Renew and Colman Renew of Irmo; sister, Debra Williams (Wayne) of Cayce; granddaughter, Sarah Taylor and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother, Ronald Renew.
