Born in Awali, Bahrain in 1994, but living in South Carolina since 2002, Fergus was a compassionate, sensitive, generous and authentic soul. His unique wit and kindness brought light into this world and touched all those who knew him.
Fergus was a loving son to Michelle and Tony, a wonderful brother to Oscar and his late brother Lorcan, and a caring brother-in-law to McKinsey and Alice. Fergus was also the cherished grandson of Eileen and David, and the late Edna and Neville.
He was a graduate of Lexington High School and University of South Carolina. Fergus deeply loved his family, the music of the 1980s, and the wonderfully absurd corners of life. Fergus had a sharp, offbeat sense of humor, and a gift for making people laugh when they least expected it.
A memorial service to honor Fergus’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Caughman Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel.
Fergus passionately supported several charitable causes, including water.org. In lieu of flowers, you may wish to honor Fergus's memory by making a charitable donation.
