LEXINGTON-A funeral service for Gerry Pera, 61, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 14, 2011, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with entombment to follow in Woodridge Memorial Park and Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Pera was born August 22, 1950, in San Jose, CA, and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. She was a daughter of the late Victor and Lucille Traina. Mrs. Pera was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and she enjoyed helping others. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Mrs. Pera is survived by her husband, John Pera; daughter, Paula Gulizia; son, Anthony Pera; daughter, Amber Pera; grandchildren, Jordan Gulizia and Myla Pera; brother, Bob Traina; and sister, Marlene Sousa.
