SUMMERVILLE – A memorial service for Henry A. Williams, Jr., 79, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home chapel.
Mr. Williams was born November 4, 1934 in Orangeburg, SC and passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013. He was a son of the late Henry Angus Williams and Jessie Belle Williams. Mr. Williams was a welder with Daniel’s Construction Company.
Surviving are son, James M. Williams of Cheraw; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Diane Lovett, Sally Ann O’Cain and Susie Kirby all of Orangeburg and Jessie “Libby” Dobbins of Columbia; brothers, Jimmy Neese of Orangeburg and Edward Neese of Maryland. He was predeceased by his wife, Janet Williams.
