Jack D. Smith, born on January 2, 1954, passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 71.
He is survived by his wife, Kaye George Smith; son, Dakota Smith (Maria); granddaughter, Alana Smith; sisters, Suzanne Messer, Erna McDonald (Buford) and Kathy Stroschein; and brother, RE Smith (Faye).
A visitation will be held at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel, located at 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington, SC, 29072. The visitation is scheduled for November 15, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
