JH’ ustin Flores a bright and adventurous young soul, went home to be with the Lord on December 27th, 2024. Born on July 14, 2011, on the beautiful island of Guam, JH’ustin spent his short but impactful life spreading joy and kindness to all those around him.
At the tender age of 2, JH’ustin moved to Bishop, California, where he was lovingly raised by his mother and grandparents, Calvin and Margaret Hunter. JU’stin was and forever will be his grandfather’s fishing buddy. He was a cherished grandson and brother to his older sister, Luciana, and younger sisters, Abagail and Diana and grandmother Starleen where he spent so many good times. Ryan Heaton, his stepfather, was also a significant part of his life sharing in Active Duty Army activities that motivated him to be a strong young man. Ryan helped shape him into a motivated, inspirational and extremely devoted young man. He would tell fellow soldiers that if he could do it, so can they!
JH’ustin had a heart of gold, always looking for ways to make others laugh and smile. His infectious enthusiasm and love for adventure led him to enjoy fishing and diving with his mom, creating memories that will be treasured forever. His compassion for the unfortunate and animals was truly remarkable, and his kindness inspired those around him to do the same. Though his time on this earth was short, Justin's impact will be felt for years to come. His family and friends take comfort in knowing that he is now in the presence of his heavenly Father, where he will continue to shine bright.
In celebration of Justin's life, the family invites you to join them for a memorial service at Our Lady of the Hills on January 3rd at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of the Hills for a cause close to JH’ustins heart. Or South Carolina Citizens for Life, PO Box 5865 Columbia SC 29250-5865.
Rest in peace, dear JH’ustin. Your love, laughter, and legacy will never be forgotten.
