Gaston – Memorial services for Larry Wayne Padgett, 60, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Willow Ridge Church, 104 Sycamore Tree Road Lexington, SC 29073. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Padgett was born November 17, 1951 in Columbia, SC and passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012. He was a son of the late David and Bertha Padgett.
Mr. Padgett is survived by his wife of 26 years, Dreema Padgett of Gaston, SC; son, Richard Timmons of Columbia; step-son, Raymond Land of Columbia; step-daughters, Tracy Owens (Robert) of Lexington and Chrystal Roman-Villar (Edi) of Gaston; step-sons, Jerry Wayne Hardee (Donna) of Elgin; Jessie Hardee (Brittany) of Elgin; brother, David Padgett (Vicky) of Columbia; sister, Brenda Padgett of Socastee, SC; In-laws, George and Connie Stephens of Tabor City, NC; twenty- four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Mr. Padgett was predeceased by brother, Dean Padgett; son, Brian Wayne Lewis and maternal and paternal grandparents.
