ELGIN – A memorial service for Nancy Jo McClain Thompson, 62, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 13, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mrs. Thompson was born August 9, 1950. She was the daughter of Zenola Bowers of West Columbia.
Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Benjamin Thompson; mother; sons, Duane Miller of Newberry, Ronnie Miller, Brian Thompson and daughter, Betty Vesga all of Elgin; sisters, Tammy McClain of West Columbia and Darlene Buttery of North Carolina; brothers, Jimmy Tisdale of West Columbia, Donnie and Tommy McClain of Laurens; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Freddy McClain.
