Dick and Marie were devoted snowbirds and traveled annually to their villa in Denedin, FL where they spent their days creating many memories together. Dick’s favorite pastimes were word search puzzles, sports and animal watching. A typical day during his retirement would be sitting at the dining room table working on a word search puzzle with a cup of coffee, a basket of pork rinds, and a box of tissues at his side with a baseball game silently playing on the television.
Dick loved buying things in “two”, ensuring that he never ran out of anything. He spent many hours riding down Clark Road in Rochester on his scooter wearing his orange vest and cap. A Sunday was never missed without a family dinner consisting of Marie’s homemade pasta sauce, spaghetti and meatballs.
