Robert "Robb" W. Hill

Robert “Robb” William Hill, age 55 of Lexington, South Carolina passed peacefully on Monday May 1, 2023 surrounded by his family and friends. Born January 31, 1968 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Meredith and Robert Kinney Hill.

Robb is survived by his loving wife, Sonja Hill; beloved children, Kelsey and Jordan Hill; parents, Robert Kinney and Meredith Hill; brother, Jonathan (Sara) Hill; in-laws, John E. and Sandra Young; brother-in-law, John Edward (Jennifer) Young V; niece, Leah Young; nephew, John Edward Young VI and other extended family members. Robb was a sincere and loving son, brother, husband, father, and friend to everyone who crossed his path.

Robb loved his Carolina Tar Heels, Kentucky horse racing, playing golf, spending time on Lake Murray, and Las Vegas. He was a businessman at heart and led multiple Allstate Agencies for several years. Robb was a mentor not only as a businessman, but as a baseball coach to young athletes. Robb was always the life of the party and lit up every room he entered.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the people at Lexington Medical Center, Dr. Mushtaq and his team at South Carolina Oncology Associates, Dr. Devito and his team at Duke University, along with the team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Their sincerest gratitude to Caughman-Harman Funeral Home for being extremely accommodating during this difficult time.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, on Saturday May 13, 2023. A celebration of life will follow at Golden Hills Golf and Country Club from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
