LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Ronald Clayton Gregg, 71, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959 or Mt. Mr. Gregg was born June 14, 1947 in Jacksonville, NC, and passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. He was a son of the late Margie Myers and Clayton Peter Gregg. Mr. Gregg retired from a family-owned business, Relocation and Corporate Concepts. He was a member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church and a former deacon at Lakeside Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL. He coached church league softball, was an avid sports memorabilia collector and loved fishing and golfing.
Mr. Gregg is survived by his wife, Pamela Wood Gregg; daughter, Tamela Gregg Traglia; daughter-in-law, Lisa Gregg; son, Bryan Malcolm Gregg (Melissa); step-daughter, Darbi Howard; grandchildren, Devan Traglia, Tanner Traglia, Justin Gregg (Shelley), Mary Kaitlyn Gregg, Canton Gregg, Chase Leblanc (Ashley), Sarah Beth Furr (Aaron), Charlena Howard, Justice Howard, Apollo Nichols, Micah Gregg, Lillian Leblanc and sisters, Patsy Brinson (Phillip), Betty Sue Hendrick and a very special cousin, who was like a daughter to him, Holly Jackson. He was predeceased by his son, William Christopher Gregg and brother, Donnie Gregg.
