GILBERT – A graveside service for Tony Ray Griffin, 62, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Fort Jackson National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the home of Tony’s sister, Brenda Griffin of Gilbert. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Griffin was born October 14, 1951 in Anderson, SC and passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014. He was a son of Bobbie Harrison Griffin and the late Ray O’Neal Griffin. He served his country in the United States Army and retired as Sergeant after 20 years of service.
Surviving are his mother of Gilbert; sister, Brenda Griffin; brother, Barry Griffin; sons, Michael and Brian Griffin; grandchildren, Santana, Christian, Jaden, Kenzie and Chase and one great-grandchild all of Gilbert. He was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine and his father.
